BOOKINGS
A booking confirmation email must be obtained. Without a booking confirmation email, the reservation is not considered confirmed.
Guests are responsible for reviewing the booking confirmation email and notifying Grande Vue Hotel of any errors or misunderstandings.
Valid credit card details must be provided. By providing credit card details, guests confirm their authority to use the card and authorize Grande Vue Hotel to charge the cost of their booking(s) to that card. The booking cost will be charged 14 days before the arrival date.
CHILDREN
Grande Vue welcomes children aged 12 and above unless the hotel is exclusively booked.
MINI BAR
Following an inventory check after guest check-out, Grande Vue reserves the right to charge any unpaid items to the guest's credit card. This includes items available for sale in each room.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests are entitled to a penalty-free cancellation unless cancelled after 5 pm within 14 days prior to the arrival date, in which case the booking fee will be charged in full. Exemptions may apply due to extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Grande Vue Hotel. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
No refund will be granted if a guest does not arrive for their booking or cancels on the booking date; the associated credit card will be charged in full.
A cancellation confirmation email must be obtained. Without a cancellation confirmation email, the booking remains in effect.
DAMAGE
Grande Vue Hotel reserves the right to seek legal recourse for theft or property damage. Additional fees may apply for damages such as carpet stains or furnishings.
LOST KEYS
Guests are charged $250 for key replacement and locksmith fees if they lose their room key.
LOST PARKING PERMIT
A $100 fee will be charged for replacing a lost Grande Vue parking permit.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Grande Vue Hotel caters to a maximum of two (2) adults per room, excluding The Waterloo Room Two Bedroom Suite. All rates are based on two (2) adults per room. Any additional occupants may incur extra charges and are subject to availability. Please contact us for more information regarding room occupancy policies.
OUTSIDE GUEST POLICY
Grande Vue Hotel warmly welcomes in-house guests only. If you wish to invite family or friends to join you, please get in touch with us. Kindly note that breakfast and afternoon tea services are exclusively for our in-house guests. We appreciate your understanding.
